What are your operating Hours?

Do you offer weekly plans?

Yes you can order the weekly packs (Subscription) that range from 5-20 meals – On these packages NO modifications can be made to these orders except for food allergies.

Can I order without Subscribing?

Yes you can order from the weekly menu at any time without subscribing to future purchases. Check out the “Order Online” menu for option as well as visit one of our grab n go locations. To find a location near you, call or text (661) 523-2348.

Which meals are for Weight Loss?

All of our meals can be used as part of a weight-loss program.

Our “Lean” meals will be low carb (30g or less – mostly from fiber rich veggies) and 200-400 Calories
Our “Fit” meals will have moderate carbs (25-60g per meal) and 300-550 Calories

** Keep in mind that creating a balanced diet (even for weight-loss) should include a balance of all macro nutrients.

Do you charge for delivery?

Orders Incur $6 delivery fee’s per order.

Subscriptions are charged $6 for each reoccurring payment.

Free delivery is available to qualifying corporate accounts (call for more info).

Split deliveries are charged a $6 fee one time per week.

How Often do you change your menu?

Currently our menu changes approximately every week and we have 4+ rotating menus with over 100+ meals in total.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order,
You are able to order as much or little as you would like.

Does someone have to be available for delivery?

If no one is available to receive delivery we will leave your meals in an insulated bag with an ice pack to keep your meals fresh.
Please return the bag to your delivery driver on the next delivery or drop off at your nearest Fitchow Grab N Go facility.
Any unreturned bags will incur a $15 Fee.

How do I heat my meals?

The meals come in microwave safe containers. Pop the lid slightly or remove and heat in the microwave to desired temperature. (1-2 minutes suggested time)
